Milk Tea shops can be seen anywhere giving us lots of choices to satisfy our cravings for milk teas. Since we’re still in quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I also order through Food Delivery apps like GrabFood and FoodPanda especially when my sweet tooth hits me. Haha. It will cost me more than Php 500 including delivery fee for 4 orders which is costly. Somehow, it’s worth the price but if you want to save more than that you’ll opt for another way which is making your own bubble milk tea at home.
I went through Shopee and found these instant milk tea powdered drinks from inJoy. Based on my research, inJoy Philippines produce profitable food business packages and ingredients for aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs. Since I want to try these out, I purchased 2 inJoy Milk tea flavors (Wintermelon and Matcha), Cream Cheese powder mix, and Tapioca Pearls.

I even purchased plastic cups with dome lid and sago straw from another Shopee seller. Para lang feel na feel ko sya inumin. You’ll enjoy it more when sipping your milk tea with a jumbo straw. You can eat all those tapioca pearls at the bottom of the cup.

What you’ll need:
1 pack of inJoy Milk Tea Powder Mix 500 grams
4 liters Water
Ice cubes
How to prepare inJoy Cream Cheese:
What you’ll need:
1 pack inJoy Cream Cheese 500 grams
1.5 liter water
- Add inJoy Cream Cheese 500 grams in 1.5 liters cold water
Whip at full speed using hand held mixer until fully aerated.
Pour over favorite inJoy Milk Tea drink.
How to prepare inJoy Tapioca Pearls:
What you’ll need:
1 kg inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca Pearls
4 liters of water
- Boil 4 liters of water in a stockpot. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 1 kg pack ofΒ inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca PearlsΒ and allow to boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and wash.
- For the syrup, dissolve 1/2 kg brown sugar in 1/2 liters of water and allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat, and then add to the cooked inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca Pearls.Β Add this to your favorite drinks and desserts.
If you want instant milk tea drinks and saves you money this quarantine time, try them out! It tastes just right! Since this is for personal consumption, you don’t need to follow the exact preparations above unless you want to use the whole packs. Happy Sipping!!!
